About Us
Field Crafting UK Ltd is dedicated to empowering communities and creating transformative opportunities for those who serve and those in need.
We support the UK armed forces and SEND communities through a blend of adventure, and creative expression. Through the Fieldstone Support Network our two groups, Forces Support Group, and Community Support Group, enrich lives and foster resilience.
From outdoor adventure training and community centred projects like Battle Buddies, to Fieldstone Productions guiding careers in film and television, we bridge gaps and create lasting opportunities.
What sets us apart is our blend of military expertise, SEND-focused initiatives, and links to the creative industries. By blending the resilience of military training with tailored neurodiverse support and healthcare professionals, we deliver transformative personal and professional growth.
Our cross-sector model combines outdoor activities, arts, and media production to empower individuals, foster inclusion, and provide real-world opportunities.
Ex Forces to Film
Are you a veteran, service leaver, or a member of a forces family who dreams of stepping into the exciting world of Film & Television?
Are you a production company that recognises the transferable skills that members of the forces community have?
We need you! At Fieldstone Productions we want to introduce members of the forces community to genuine, reputable, productions that can help kick start a new career for service leavers.
Through our own lived experiences we can be that link.

British actress, dancer, singer & humanitarian with more than 20 years experience within the industry.
Born & raised in Hertfordshire with links to London, Scotland & Canada. Having grown up surrounded by music, grooves & good food, is it any wonder I thrive in the creative industry.
A question I get asked a lot is, “If you couldn’t act or dance anymore, what would you do?” I’d love to become a plant-based chef or an animal handler.
In 2018 became an ambassador for Vayyu ~ An-Award Winning Ethical, Sustainable and Organic Luxury British Brand.

Soldier, Officer, Mentor. I have so far served for 23 years in the British Army. Born in Blackpool, well travelled with experiences ranging from the shop floor to executive level.
In 2019 I volunteered as a professional mentor at Birmingham City University supporting BSc students who were setting their personal goals and development objectives. This continued through the pandemic as I adapted from physically coaching face to face to online.
My goal is to assist other service leavers who wish to step into this fascinating sector, whilst supporting their mental health through mentoring and training.
